MANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients:

  • ¼ of a zucchini

  • ¼ of a cucumber

  • 5 mint leaves

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 a ripe mango

  • 2 kale leaves

  • ¼ inch piece of ginger

  • ¼ -1/2 cup coconut milk

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy adding enough liquid to reach your desired consistency

Pour the smoothie into your favourite bowl and top smoothie bowl with-

  • fresh or frozen cubed dragon fruit

  • fresh sliced rockmelon

  • 1 tbs goji berries

  • Mint leaves

  • 1 tbs coconut

  • 1 tbs cacao nibs

  • a sprinkle of chia/sesame seeds
