MANA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
¼ of a zucchini
¼ of a cucumber
5 mint leaves
1 frozen banana
1/2 a ripe mango
2 kale leaves
¼ inch piece of ginger
¼ -1/2 cup coconut milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy adding enough liquid to reach your desired consistency
Pour the smoothie into your favourite bowl and top smoothie bowl with-
fresh or frozen cubed dragon fruit
fresh sliced rockmelon
1 tbs goji berries
Mint leaves
1 tbs coconut
1 tbs cacao nibs
a sprinkle of chia/sesame seeds
