MANA CHOC TARTS
Ingredients-
Base
¼ cup of desiccated coconut
¼ cup of almonds
2 tablespoons of raisins
A tiny pinch of salt
Process the base ingredients in a food processor or pulse in a blender until they form a crumble.
Press the base into two glasses if you don’t have the heart tins!
Filling
2 ripe bananas
1 ripe avocado
2 teaspoons of almond meal
2 teaspoons of coconut nectar
2 heaped tablespoons of cacao
1 tablespoon of MANA
¼ cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Blend all ingredients except the coconut oil in a high speed blender until combined. Add the coconut oil and blend well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you need to add a touch more almond milk to make it blend easily you can.
Serve
Pour the filling on top of the bases and refrigerate to set. Serve with fresh berries, coconut and cacao nibs.
