WHAT IS THE DAILY CHALLENGE ?
Step 1
Consume MANA on a daily basis for 1 month in a green smoothie( see recipe below)
Step 2:
Eat a huge, colourful, nutritious salad for one for your main meals every day for the same time period.
A green smoothie is a blend of sweet fruits and dark leafy greens, such as kale/spinach/silverbeet. Green smoothies give us a blast of chlorophyll and much-needed nutrition in a form that the body can immediately assimilate.
MANA GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Blend
Blend fresh or frozen berries, 1 peeled orange, a fistful of dark leafy greens of your choice eg kale/spinach/silverbeet or other, a squirt of water, some nuts or chia seeds and an optional second sweet fruit eg peeled banana.
Add
Add daily dose of Mana Blend.
Blend Again!
Mix using blender until smooth. Pour into a glass.
